TENDER NOTICE (E-TENDER MODE ONLY)

1. On line Open Tender under Single Tender System for Licensed Canteen Operation and Management Contract at ICD/Tughlakabad, New Delhi Only by Online call for tendersfashion.
2. The application file can only be downloaded from the website (www.tenderwizard.com/CCIL) and prospective bidders must submit the document selling price of Rs.1,000/- inclusive of all taxes and duties by electronic payment at the time of making the online request.
3. The complete bidding documents duly accompanied by the required EMD must be received online by the date and time mentioned below and can be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.

7. To participate in the E-Bid submission, it is mandatory for the bidders to have a user ID and password which must be obtained by submitting annual INR registration fee. 1,200/- + 18% GST

at M/s. ITI by electronic payment. Bidders must pay the Bid Processing Fee to ITI by electronic payment at the time of bid submission.

8. The detailed tender dossier can be consulted on the website www.tenderwizard.com/CCIL from 26.05.2020 at 15:00. to 17.06.2022 (until 4 p.m.).

To note:

1. The bidding document should be provided free of charge to micro and small enterprises (MSEs) registered with the designated agencies.
2. EMD will be exempt for MSEs registered with designated agencies
3. In case of Electronic bidding, registration amount and bid processing fee will be applicable in accordance with electronic bidding requirements.
4. In order to receive benefits/preferential treatment, MSEs must be registered with one of the following entities:
5. 1. District Industrial Centers
   2. Khadi and Village Industries Commission
   3. Khadi and Village Industries Council
   4. coconut board
   5. National Society of Small Industries
   6. Directorate of Handicrafts and Looms
   7. MEPs have launched Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (UAM), an online registration system since September 18, 2015 and all MEPs who have an Udyog Aadhar Memorandum will enjoy all benefits available under the Public Procurement Policy for MEPs, 2012.
   8. Any other body specified by the Ministry of MSEs.
6. If the MEPs do not provide the document mentioned above, their offer will not be accepted.
7. MSEs must also indicate the terminal validity date of their registration (excluding UAM). In cases where MSEs are unable to provide the certificate with the validity date of their registration, a a self-declaration from the MSE (Party) on its letterhead, confirming the validity of its registration may be accepted.
