Prior to his current role, Lancaster focused on creating accurate grading and site improvement plans and coordinating plan verification reviews with various cities and counties. Now that she’s gotten closer stormwater managementshe works on most of the projects at CDR as she is required for almost all land development projects (car dealerships, Fast food, custom homes, shopping malls, amusement park, etc.) Stormwater management can be a small check-off requirement for a permit or the driving force behind a project’s site design. Hannah has worked on projects in over 45 cities and 10 different counties across California.
